Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK39 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK39 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STK39 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where STK39 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
