Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,766 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK38-associated genes across cancer lineages are QDPR, PIM1, and GLIPR1. Each is linked with STK38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK38-to-partner and partner-to-STK38 results are reported.
