STK38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK38-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02438, RNA5SP413, and RNA5SP420. Each is linked with STK38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK38-to-partner and partner-to-STK38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02438 grouped by STK38-low versus STK38-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK38→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
