STK38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK38 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK38-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with STK38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK38-to-partner and partner-to-STK38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by STK38-low versus STK38-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK38→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
