STK36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK36-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, POLDIP2, and SDHA. Each is linked with STK36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK36-to-partner and partner-to-STK36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXO1 grouped by STK36-low versus STK36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK36→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
