Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,942 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary retrograde transport, Intraciliary transport, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with STK36 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK36-to-partner and partner-to-STK36 results are reported.
