STK36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK36-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL10, OR5V1, and SERPINA7. Each is linked with STK36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK36-to-partner and partner-to-STK36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYL10 grouped by STK36-low versus STK36-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK36→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
