Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK35 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STK35 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
UCEC and BLCA are the cancer types where STK35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
