STK35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,638 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, ESF1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with STK35 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK35-to-partner and partner-to-STK35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK35 versus TRMT6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK35→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
