STK35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,034 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK35-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCAT6, MRPS26, and DNAJA4. Each is linked with STK35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK35-to-partner and partner-to-STK35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK35 versus PCAT6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK35→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
