STK35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 599 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK35-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01789, RNU6-147P, and MTATP6P21. Each is linked with STK35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK35-to-partner and partner-to-STK35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01789 grouped by STK35-low versus STK35-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK35→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
