STK33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,265 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2_S17, DYNC2H1, and STK33_S470. Each is linked with STK33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK33-to-partner and partner-to-STK33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK33 versus MYEF2_S17 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK33→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
