STK33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK33-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPV3L1, SAAL1, and PATL1. Each is linked with STK33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK33-to-partner and partner-to-STK33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPV3L1 grouped by STK33-low versus STK33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK33→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
