STK33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,229 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK33-associated genes across cancer lineages are SV2A, GPR173, and CCDC181. Each is linked with STK33 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK33-to-partner and partner-to-STK33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK33 versus SV2A in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK33→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
