Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,700 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Manchette assembly, Germ cell development, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with STK33 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK33-to-partner and partner-to-STK33 results are reported.
