Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK33-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIRPD, R3HDML, and OR13H1. Each is linked with STK33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK33-to-partner and partner-to-STK33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIRPD grouped by STK33-low versus STK33-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK33→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
