STK32C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK32C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,546 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK32C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMAN1, BCCIP, and FKBP11. Each is linked with STK32C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32C-to-partner and partner-to-STK32C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK32C versus LMAN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK32C→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK32C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
