STK32C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK32C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK32C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, A-Raf_pS299, and ERK2. Each is linked with STK32C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32C-to-partner and partner-to-STK32C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by STK32C-low versus STK32C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK32C→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK32C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
