Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK32C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,790 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK32C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Astrocyte activation, IMP catabolic process, and 2'-deoxyribonucleotide metabolic process. Each is linked with STK32C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK32C-to-partner and partner-to-STK32C results are reported.
