STK31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,394 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB8B, IMP4, and MDH2. Each is linked with STK31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK31-to-partner and partner-to-STK31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK31→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
