Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,161 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are miRNA-mediated post-transcriptional gene silencing, Golgi vesicle transport, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with STK31 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK31-to-partner and partner-to-STK31 results are reported.
