Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher STK3 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where STK3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
