Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK26 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK26 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher STK26 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LAML, SCLC, and LGG are the cancer types where STK26 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
