Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,778 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK26-associated genes across cancer lineages are COP1, CABLES2, and FZD7. Each is linked with STK26 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK26-to-partner and partner-to-STK26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK26 versus COP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK26→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
