Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK26-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6165, KRASP1, and FAM243A. Each is linked with STK26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK26-to-partner and partner-to-STK26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6165 grouped by STK26-low versus STK26-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK26→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
