Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK26-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Stathmin. Each is linked with STK26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK26-to-partner and partner-to-STK26 results are reported.
