Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK25P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STK25P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher STK25P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK25P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
CESC, UVM, and LUAD are the cancer types where STK25P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
