Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK24 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher STK24 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where STK24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
