STK24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,327 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4A, DIS3, and IPO5. Each is linked with STK24 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK24-to-partner and partner-to-STK24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK24 versus CUL4A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK24→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
