STK24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,581 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK24-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAC2, NDFIP2, and TM9SF2. Each is linked with STK24 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK24-to-partner and partner-to-STK24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STK24 versus UBAC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK24→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
