STK24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK24-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and eEF2. Each is linked with STK24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK24-to-partner and partner-to-STK24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by STK24-low versus STK24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK24→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
