Across TCGA cell cohorts, STK24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,873 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, and Positive regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with STK24 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK24-to-partner and partner-to-STK24 results are reported.
