Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK16 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher STK16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where STK16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
