Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STK16-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, SNORD53, and NDUFB5P2. Each is linked with STK16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK16-to-partner and partner-to-STK16 results are reported.
