Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STK16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STK16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with STK16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STK16-to-partner and partner-to-STK16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by STK16-low versus STK16-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STK16→partner) and Y-score (partner→STK16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
