Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK11IP RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated STK11IP data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher STK11IP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK11IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where STK11IP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
