Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STK11IP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STK11IP data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher STK11IP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STK11IP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, LGG, and LUAD are the cancer types where STK11IP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
