STIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,667 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, HSP90AB1, and SMC2. Each is linked with STIP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIP1 versus RRM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
