Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,634 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT112, TMEM223, and MRPL49. Each is linked with STIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIP1 versus TRMT112 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
