STIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OBP2A, OR2T10, and FAM170A. Each is linked with STIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIP1-to-partner and partner-to-STIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OBP2A grouped by STIP1-low versus STIP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
