STING1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STING1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STING1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, SERPINB1, and LRMDA. Each is linked with STING1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STING1-to-partner and partner-to-STING1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STING1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STING1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
