Across TCGA patient cohorts, STING1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-311P, ANAPC15P1, and REXO1L8P. Each is linked with STING1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STING1-to-partner and partner-to-STING1 results are reported.
