Across TCGA cell cohorts, STING1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 142 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STING1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF16, ACER1, and TBC1D28. Each is linked with STING1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STING1-to-partner and partner-to-STING1 results are reported.
