STIMATE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIMATE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIMATE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, MLLT10P2, and DNM1P50. Each is linked with STIMATE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIMATE-to-partner and partner-to-STIMATE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIMATE→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIMATE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
