Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,625 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STIM2_S727, CTBP1, and STIM2_S669. Each is linked with STIM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM2-to-partner and partner-to-STIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STIM2 versus STIM2_S727 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
