Across TCGA patient cohorts, STIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with STIM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM2-to-partner and partner-to-STIM2 results are reported.
