Across TCGA cell cohorts, STIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,067 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STIM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Regulation of store-operated calcium channel activity. Each is linked with STIM2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STIM2-to-partner and partner-to-STIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by STIM2-low versus STIM2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
