STEAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,433 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STEAP3_S17, STEAP3_S469, and PLOD2. Each is linked with STEAP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP3-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP3 versus STEAP3_S17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
