Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,384 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STEAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP3-AS1, SLPI, and CP. Each is linked with STEAP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP3-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STEAP3 versus STEAP3-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
