STEAP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STEAP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STEAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K1, MRPL39, and AKTIP. Each is linked with STEAP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STEAP3-to-partner and partner-to-STEAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K1 grouped by STEAP3-low versus STEAP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STEAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STEAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
